With fondest memories<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Hearing Bad news<\/strong> – A very dear friend of mine passed over recently. My thoughts of course are with his wife and family who without their support I believe he would have left this world sooner.<\/p>\n

So what Now!<\/strong><\/p>\n

This then leads me to the question of how we react when someone dies.\u00a0 We quite often are so unsure what to say and do and can feel quite helpless.<\/p>\n

Having realised through my spiritual studies over many years I believe we can help those who have just passed over by sending our loving thoughts out to them. After all thoughts are energy.<\/p>\n

You are not helpless <\/strong>– With your help you can make their transition easier and less stressful. As quite often is the case we are deeply upset and missing the person so much that we forget that they too still carry feelings of deep love and affection for those left behind.<\/p>\n

\"rip\"<\/p>\n

They are powerless to help ease our suffering, however we can help, we are not without power to ease this painful transition period.<\/p>\n

What can I do – <\/strong>By sending out prayers and our love to the one passing over it can help them to release their attachments to earth. They are now at the beginning of their new journey that we will all take one day on our return to our real home.<\/p>\n

Our thoughts are very powerful and love even more so, it is at times like this when we are able to truly connect from the deepest level within us. Our pain can be raw and unbearable but the power of love is also at its strongest.<\/p>\n

Final Thought<\/strong> – If someone you love and care for has recently passed please do not think that your thoughts of love for their safe journey home will not be heard.<\/p>\n

As for your journey from now on without the person you have loved so dearly not in the physical presence, this can be very hard to come to terms with. But be assured they have not left nor ever will, they are just going home and will be met by many loved family and friends who passed before them as you too will be met by your loved one again.<\/p>\n

Please be aware that your thoughts and feelings transmit energy. You are never powerless to help heal others in this life and beyond.<\/p>\n
