She wanted to regain her energy to practice her daily life as before. She was tired and \u00a0physically weak.\u00a0<!--more--><br \/>\n<strong>I- Colour Breathing and <\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>affirmation<\/b><\/span><br \/>\n\u2022 Letting her chose the best relaxing position for her<br \/>\n\u2022 Breathe deeply and slowly<br \/>\n\u2022 As you breathe out, imagine expel out all the negativity and toxin from your body.<br \/>\n\u2022 As breathe in imagine you inhale positive and healing feelings<br \/>\n\u2022 Breath in red from the earth, imagine it rising up through your whole body giving you strength and courage.<br \/>\n\u2022 Every day, I am energized by the colour red .The red ray brings me strength and safety. I love life and I wish to life it to the full.<br \/>\n\u2022 Allow the colour to travel throughout your body.<br \/>\n\u2022 Breathing and affirmations were repeated with orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet.<br \/>\n<strong>II- Chakra Stimulation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\u2022 Let her lying down and listening for soft music for some minutes to help her relax more.<\/span>\u2022 Then, I started by visualizing that there is a light under my hand while moving from her feet upward to the base chakra and used the imaginary hand to open it and pull the energy up into it. This was repeated seven times.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Next, I started again from her feet along to the spleen chakra and used the imaginary hand to open the chakra and pull the energy up into it.
