Are you Psychic?

Could you be really Psychic?

psychic & spiritual development

Have you ever thought about someone you haven’t seen for ages and then beep you have a text message or the phone rings have you had a time where you feel you have already experienced something before you actually did?  You might get the feeling that you’ve met someone before when you actually never have? This is known as De Ja Vu, and can be quite a common characteristic of a psychic ability.

Do you perhaps get visions from time to time? And have these visions ever turned out real? Receiving visions through either dreams or just out of the blue can be a strong sign of a psychic ability.

An early indication to you having psychic powers could be having very vivid dreams. Sometimes a dream can seem to portend some event. Other times, it may involve people who are far away or even deceased who come back to talk to you in a dream state.

Maybe sometimes you seem to “just know “how situations turn out?  For example: Have you ever sat with a friend and as they are telling you a story of what’s going on at work or in their relationship, you sit there listening, and you have the “head voice” going on? And the voice silently tells you the outcome of this situation?

Coincidences or psychic experience? You decide. Many of us have these experiences daily but think nothing of it.

Relax

learn to relax

Being able to relax is crucial to becoming receptive to all the energies around you. So the first thing you need to do is learn to relax . This however  is much easier said than done here is little technique I find works really well.

Firstly you need to make yourself unavailable to all telephone calls, text messages, visits from friends and family. You only need around 30 minutes so you could ask your friends and family to not disturb you in that time and turn that phone off. Once you have done this try and find somewhere comfortable to sit. Make sure you are warm enough and then close your eyes and breathe whilst breathing try and visualize each breath as a brilliant white healing light. As you breathe out visualise all the negative energy coming out of your body. If you maintain this steady flow of white light coming in and negative energy leaving your body you will gradually be filled with a sense of calm and peace. Don’t worry if after a while things start to pop into your head . It can be rather frustrating but is perfectly natural some people refer to this as monkey brain. If this happens simply go back to visualizing the positive white light entering your body and when a thought sneaks up on you, send it right back to the back of your brain. Try and practice this technique as often as you can. To help you relax and remember to embrace this alone time.

Here is a simple exercise that I have extracted from our psychic development course to help develop you psychic abilities using a pendulum.

Sensing Energy/Dowsing

Holding your pendulum as shown in the diagram with thumb and forefinger, use your pendulum to gently run along the 7 chakras of the person sitting opposite you. Stop the pendulum over each chakra and you will feel your dowsing tool react. It may react more strongly to certain chakras. At this stage just feel the gentle energy force. If you are holding your pendulum correctly and gently you will be able to feel the energy either pulling or pushing the pendulum away or toward you.  Now ask your pendent to let you know which way it swings for yes and which way for no. So firstly ask a question that you know the answer is yes to. See which way the pendulum swings. Do this a couple of times so you know which way it will swing for yes and which way for no. Do this each time you use your pendulum, do not assume it will be the same way each time. Now you can start to ask simple yes or no questions. If you feel in your gut (solar plexus area) that the answer is incorrect, then follow your gut instinct, not the pendulum.

Eventually and with practice this tool will become like an old friend and you will be able to trust in it more, however when first learning to use it, your mind/ego can get in the way and cause confusion, so it is always best to follow your gut instinct. You can also use this tool to balance chakras and clear imbalances in the aura.

Try doing this exercise on someone else. This will not only help you get attuned and familiar with your pendulum for psychic work but also help to energise the recipient.
