Are you grounded? follow this simple excercise

Are you feeling stressed, find yourself taking on more than you can handle? Do you find yourself distracted or forgetful you probably need grounding

What is grounding? Being grounded means to be present in your life, not to worry about the past or the future it means that our consciousness is fully aligned with the core of mother earth Being grounded is important so you can face your life and stop running from it, Being grounded will help to get ready to handle life’s challenges instead of burying your head in the sand and pretending they aren’t there. So are you ready to gain back control over your life.

Follow these Simple Steps for grounding

Close your eye and take a few deep, relaxing breaths,

Now focus your awareness down to your feet, making sure your feet are flat on the ground,

Visualise strong powerful golden roots flowing down through the soles of your feet,  – all the way through the floor- through the layers of soil and rock – right to the centre of the planet.

Visualise your roots wrapping themselves around a beautiful heart shaped crystal .

Feel the earth’s great love for you flowing up through your roots, through your feet and entering every cell in your body.

Take a few moments to become one with the planet, relax into its heartbeat and rythem

Gently open your eyes

Once you have practised this regularly it will become automatic and you will be able to reconnect quickly whenever you need it (ie) whenever you are busy rushing around or recognise that you have lost focus.
